Best time for a safari.

The best time to start your adventure depends on your desired experiences and destinations. Generally, the dry season (May to October) is ideal for wildlife viewing as animals congregate around water sources. However, the green season (November to March) brings lush landscapes, baby animals, and migratory birds.

Dressing for a Safari.

• Clothes. Wear lightweight, breathable clothing in neutral colours (beige, brown, green) to avoid disturbing the animals. Mornings in the savannah are chilly, so you may need warm outerwear with long sleeves and pants.
• Shoes. Comfortable hiking boots or sneakers, especially if you are planning a walking safari.
