Day 4. Free time

Today is yours to shape as you desire. Whether you prefer a leisurely day at the lodge or an adventurous safari in the reserve, the choice is yours. Additionally, exciting trips to the Blyde River Canyon by helicopter or car are available for those seeking further exploration.

Day 5: Arrival at Victoria Falls

Our journey now takes us to the majestic Victoria Falls in Zambia.

Upon arrival, you will head to an atmospheric hotel, where zebras and giraffes stroll around the grounds. Take this opportunity to unwind from your flight and indulge in a blend of classic and contemporary wellness treatments, including various massages and aromatherapy sessions.

The hotel promises a unique cultural immersion at the Boma Restaurant. Here, dine under the starlit sky in an ambience reminiscent of an authentic Zambian village. Try out a sumptuous 4-course Pan-African feast featuring charcoal-grilled game meats. The stage, adorned with lanterns, candles, and bonfires, comes alive with captivating performances by professional dancers, drummers, and singers, offering a charming glimpse into African traditions.

Day 6. Victoria Falls

Victoria Falls

Kick-start your day by fueling up with an early breakfast. Soon, take flight for an exhilarating aerial experience over Victoria Falls. You have two options: a microlight or a helicopter ride.

To experience the full power and magnificence of Victoria Falls, you need to get a bird's eye view. A more manoeuvrable microlight flies significantly lower than a helicopter, allowing you to get closer to the waterfall, view it in all its glory and feel the power of the elements. Imagine the roar of water, splashes that create fog and steam, the interplay of light and shadow, and the iridescent arcs of rainbows. Victoria Falls is the only waterfall in the world that is simultaneously over 100 metres high and over a kilometre wide.

As you fly over the magnificent Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, you will see wild animals roaming their territories.

Next, you will visit Livingstone Island, from where David Livingstone first saw the waterfall, which locals still call “The Smoke That Thunders” and named it in honour of Queen Victoria. This activity depends on the water level. If everything goes well, you can swim in the plunge pool at the waterfall's edge (remember to bring swimsuits) and take unforgettable photos. A light lunch on the island will be the perfect end to an active part of the day.

In the evening, feel harmony with nature at sunset while dining on the terrace overlooking the Zambezi River.

Day 7. Victoria Falls

Today, you have a free day at Victoria Falls. You can go rafting or rhino walking, visit the Livingstone Museum and the local village and engage with the village by contributing something beneficial to the children's education. Alternatively, you can experience bungee jumping from a height of 111 metres or go on a safari in Botswana to Chobe National Park, home to the largest population of elephants in the world. Spend the sunset on the deck of a ship on the Zambezi River, or go to a historical steam train.

Day 8. Zimbabwe and a flight to Cape Town

After breakfast, you will cross the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe, where you will see Victoria Falls from a different perspective. If Zambia has the waterfall, then Zimbabwe has the best view.

After visiting the impressive waterfall, you will head to the airport and fly to Cape Town.

In Cape Town, you'll stay in a fancy 5-star hotel on the top of a green hill in the Constantia area. The hotel epitomises elegance, featuring cutting-edge design, luxurious facilities and amenities, and world-class hospitality. Indulge in the outdoor seating area with sun loungers, savour culinary delights at the barbecue area, and relax in the infinity swimming pool, heated with solar energy. Each hotel's luxurious room is decorated with exquisite taste, and selected fittings and furniture create the epitome of modern African elegance.

As evening descends, culinary adventure beckons at the Chefs Warehouse at Beau Constantia. Here, chef Ivor Jones takes you on a flavorful journey across the globe. On the menu, you'll find Balinese mint sambal matah, smoked snoek and churros, as well as a dish called We Eat With Our Hands.

The dishes vary with the seasons, offering skilful presentation and daring flavour combinations. Additionally, there's a wine list featuring wines from the farm, region, and South African vineyards. Settle on the spacious terrace, where you can admire views of the Constantia Valley from a bird's eye perspective and indulge in an al fresco dining experience.

Day 9. Sharks and vineyards

Start your day with an intriguing optional shark cage dive. Seasoned guides provide extensive safety instructions. Afterwards, you'll suit up in wetsuits for submerging into depths among magnificent marine creatures. Participants aged 8 and up can partake in this fascinating wildlife encounter.

Appreciate expansive gardens and manicured lawns adorned with vibrant blooms at grand estates hosting vineyards. Encounter restaurants, hotels, meticulously arranged vineyard rows leading to cellars and stables.

Indulge in a delectable culinary experience at Delaire Graff restaurant. Savour creatively crafted dishes paired with exceptional wines in an elegant setting, adding sophistication to your journey.

Day 10. Cape of Good Hope and Penguin Beach

Pinguins at boulders beach

Today, you will go to the most romantic spot of the trip - Cape of Good Hope. The first stop is Boulders Penguin Beach. Currently listed as vulnerable, African penguins number around 3,000 at the Boulders Beach colony, while the total number of African penguins on the continent is estimated to be around 55,000. Check out these funny and friendly birds, and if you're lucky, try swimming next to them among the giant boulders.

Day 11. Cape Town and Table Mountain

In the morning, after breakfast, we will explore one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature - Table Mountain, which rises 1086 metres above the city. You can get to the top on foot or by cable car. Walk on a flat top polished by the African wind and capture stunning views of Cape Town and the coast.

In the afternoon, you can walk around the city and visit the Malay quarter of Bo-Kaap, with numerous colourful houses and cobbled streets. This historic and multicultural area has become a magnet for tourists. Dress in bright clothes, tap into your creative impulse and have fun taking photos in front of vibrant buildings.

Bo-Kaap, Cape Town

Additionally, you can embark on a helicopter excursion over Cape Town on this day (at an additional cost).

In the evening, you will have a farewell dinner at the Beyond restaurant, where maximum attention is paid to the quality and uniqueness of the ingredients. Preference is given to natural products from small farms, handmade cheeses, seasonal vegetables, and rare varieties of meat.
