Day 1. Arrival in Sydney

Your Australian journey begins in the dynamic and vibrant city of Sydney. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be transferred to one of the city's most stylish hotels, blending Art Deco and theatrical art elements. Relax after your flight in an atmosphere of decadence and sophistication. Each room is furnished with designer pieces, luxurious beds, and spacious bathrooms stocked with premium toiletries, creating an aura of elegance and comfort.

For connoisseurs of gastronomic delights, the hotel's restaurants offer a range of dishes from classic New York steakhouses to French delicacies, paired with rich wines or tea ceremonies for true gourmets. Day 2. Exploring Sydney

Today, you will have a private tour of Sydney, learning many interesting facts about the city as you stroll through its historic streets and admire famous sights such as:

Harbour Bridge. An icon of the city and one of the best places for photos. Climb to the top of the bridge or walk along its arch to enjoy breathtaking views of the harbour and the city.

Royal Botanic Gardens. A green oasis in the heart of Sydney, perfect for walking and relaxing. Explore the manicured gardens and visit the famous Mrs Macquarie's Chair observation deck.

Bondi Beach. A legendary beach with golden sand, blue water, and an active surfing culture that attracts millions of tourists every year. Take a stroll along the promenade, soak up the atmosphere of a beach holiday, and visit the local cafes, restaurants, and shops.

Darling Harbour. A lively and mixed-use area of Sydney known for its entertainment and tourist attractions. Here, you can visit one of the largest aquariums in Australia, the Taronga Zoo, the Museum of Science and Technology with interactive exhibitions, and the Sydney Maritime Museum. Darling Harbour also offers a wide range of restaurants and cafes overlooking the harbour, pedestrian areas for walking, and modern event venues.

You'll embark on a dinner cruise around Sydney Harbour in the evening. For 2.5 hours, you'll see the city from a different angle, taking in the lights of Sydney and the Opera House.

Day 3. Blue Mountains

In the morning, you will head to the Blue Mountains National Park, one of Australia's most beautiful and popular destinations. The park is a UNESCO World Heritage site located 60 kilometres west of Sydney. The Blue Mountains got their name due to an unusual atmospheric effect. The evaporation from eucalyptus trees disperses sunlight, creating a characteristic blue hue that gives the mountains their colour.

The first stop is Featherdale Wildlife Park, where you can see koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, and other Australian wildlife.

Next, you will head to Katoomba, the main tourist centre of the Blue Mountains. Here, you can find numerous cafes, restaurants, and art galleries. Katoomba is also the starting point for many hiking trails and guided tours.

You will have several breathtaking ways to explore the Blue Mountains:

  • Scenic Skyway: A cable car that travels over a 270-meter deep gorge with a glass floor, offering views of Katoomba Falls, the Three Sisters rock formation, Mount Solitary, and the Jamison Valley.
  • Scenic Railway: The steepest passenger railway in the world, descending the mountain slope, passing through a 310-meter tunnel in the rock, and descending into the Jamison Valley.
  • Scenic Cableway: This 510-meter cable car takes you to the mountain tops, where you can view rock formations such as the Three Sisters, Orphan Rock, and Mount Solitary.

You can also visit the Cahills Lookout and Echo Point viewpoints to admire the valley's beauty.

For lunch, you can stop in the charming village of Leura, where you will find many cosy cafes and restaurants offering local and international cuisine.

In the evening you will come back to your hotel.

Day 4. Hunter Valley Wine Tour

Today, you'll explore the renowned Hunter Valley wine region and immerse yourself in the world of Australian wines. This day will be dedicated to tasting the region's best wines, learning about winemaking techniques, and contemplating the well-groomed vineyards.

You will have the opportunity to visit several fantastic wineries, such as:

  • Bimbadgen Cellar Door is one of the region's oldest and most respected wineries. Here, you will taste full-bodied red and white wines created using both traditional and innovative techniques.
  • Usher Tinkler Wines, where a modern approach to winemaking is combined with a deep respect for nature and local traditions. In a cosy atmosphere, you can taste unusual and experimental wines.
  • Scarborough Wine Co. is known for its family tradition and meticulous attention to detail in the wine production process. You will taste fine wines against the backdrop of picturesque vineyards.

You will return to the hotel after a busy day filled with new flavours and aromas.

Day 5. Sydney to Melbourne - Yarra Valley

In the morning, you will take a flight from Sydney to Melbourne. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel, located in the heart of Victoria's oldest wine region, dating back to 1838. Unwind in the relaxing atmosphere of this elegant hotel with stunning views of the vineyards, sample exclusive Yarra Valley wines, and pamper yourself with treatments at the spa.

Experience Chef Aidan's Australian cuisine at the estate's stylish restaurant. Aidan carefully designs each seasonal menu using organic ingredients and high-quality produce from local farmers.

Day 6. Dandenong National Park

Today, you will visit Dandenong National Park, located 35 kilometres from Melbourne. It is a wonderful place for those who dream of unity with nature and seek tranquillity away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We recommend wearing comfortable sportswear and shoes and bringing snacks and drinks for the walk.

One of the park's most popular and iconic trekking routes is the Kokoda Track Memorial Walk, also known as the "1000 Steps." The trail is about 5 kilometres long and takes approximately 2 hours. It passes through a dense forest where you can learn about the local flora and fauna. You might see white cockatoos and other wildlife as you climb up a steep slope among giant eucalyptus trees and tree ferns. The trail leads to an observation deck that offers a stunning city view.

In the park, you can visit two botanical gardens:

Dandenong Ranges Botanic Garden stretches over 42 hectares and includes more than 50,000 plants in its collection, such as rhododendrons, azaleas, camellias, daffodils, cherries, and a variety of other species. In spring and autumn, during flowering, the garden transforms into a paradise for flower lovers.

Alfred Nicholas Memorial Garden is known for its ponds, bridges, and waterfalls, creating a calm and tranquil atmosphere. You will find many secluded picnic corners where you can enjoy lunch al fresco.

If you are looking for an easier and shorter route, walk along the La La Falls Walk. This trekking route passes through a forested area, leading to the picturesque La La Falls waterfall. The route is about 3 kilometres long and will take approximately 1.5 hours. The road to the waterfall is canopy-covered and suitable for people of all skill levels.

In the evening, you will return to the hotel.

Day 7. The Great Ocean Road

Today's tour begins with a farewell to the wine valley and continues along one of Australia's most beautiful routes, the Great Ocean Road. This legendary path, stretching along the coast, offers breathtaking views of the ocean, cliffs, and coastal forests.

The first stop is the famous Bells Beach, known for its powerful waves. It is home to one of the world's oldest and most prestigious surfing competitions, the Rip Curl Pro.

Next, you will head to the charming coastal town of Lorne. This cosy resort town is famous for its sandy beaches, parks, gardens, lovely cafes, and art galleries.

Continuing your journey, you will visit Erskine Falls, located in the Great Otway National Park. A short path leads to a small waterfall, about 30 meters high, surrounded by dense eucalyptus forests and ferns.

 After visiting the waterfall, you will reach Teddy's Lookout observation deck. This is one of the best places on the Great Ocean Road, offering stunning coast views and a winding road along the cliffs. Here, you can see the confluence of the ocean and the mountains, creating a mesmerising landscape.

Next, you will search for koalas along the Kennett River Koala Walk, home to over a thousand koalas. Take a walk along the trails, carefully observing the branches of the eucalyptus trees, and you will surely spot these fascinating animals in their natural environment.

In the evening, you will reach Apollo Bay, a cosy town perfect for dinner and relaxation after a busy day.

After dinner, you will check into an eco-friendly glass cube on the coast instead of a usual hotel. Enjoy the views of the coastal forests and the endless Southern Ocean, the beauty of the sunset, and the starry Australian sky through panoramic floor-to-ceiling glass or from the terrace of this unique house. A night in such a romantic place will be an unforgettable end to the day.

Day 8. Helicopter Flight - 12 Apostles

Your day will start with an exciting journey to the helipad, passing through magnificent landscapes. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by experienced pilots who will give you a safety briefing before the flight. The flight will last about 25 minutes, during which time you can see one of Australia's most iconic natural attractions - the 12 Apostles. This natural ensemble, consisting of limestone pillars rising above the turbulent waters of the Southern Ocean, is stunning in its scale and beauty.

After the flight, you will continue your journey to a unique place where giant red sequoias grow - the Californian Redwoods. Planted over a century ago, these majestic trees reach heights of over 60 meters, and their thick trunks and branches create a sense of being in another reality.

In the evening, you will return to the hotel.

Day 9. The Great Ocean Road

In the morning, you will continue exploring the Great Ocean Road and head to Port Campbell National Park. Here, you can visit the 12 Apostles, and not far from them, you will find the London Arch, an impressive natural formation created by the impact of ocean waves about 20 million years ago.

Loch Ard Gorge is famous for its high cliffs and sandy beach. It was also the site of a shipwreck in 1878. A walk along the beach at the foot of the cliffs, accessible via the Gibson Steps, will allow you to see the majesty of nature up close.

After visiting Port Campbell National Park, you'll head to Lake Colac, Victoria's largest natural freshwater lake.

The final point will be the Red Rock Scenic Lookout. From the top of this extinct volcano, you will have fantastic views of volcanic craters, lakes, and picturesque pastures stretching to the horizon.

Day 10. Melbourne

Your morning will start with a four-hour sightseeing tour of Melbourne, led by an experienced guide who will showcase the most significant sights of Australia's second-largest city.

Melbourne is known as the "City of Gardens" due to its numerous parks and green spaces. You will visit the Royal Botanic Gardens, which spans 38 hectares and houses nearly 50,000 plants representing 8,500 species.

Another highlight is Federation Square, a cultural and creative hub featuring impressive modern architecture. It includes the Ian Potter Center art gallery and ACMI, a museum of film, television, and video games. Federation Square frequently hosts various cultural events, festivals, and exhibitions.

You will also visit St. Paul's Cathedral, one of the city's oldest and most majestic churches. This Anglican cathedral, built in the neo-Gothic style, is renowned for its stunning architecture and stained glass windows. Your guide will share the history of this important spiritual and cultural landmark.

During the tour, you will also have the opportunity to see the famous Queen Victoria Market, one of the largest markets in the Southern Hemisphere. You can stroll along the south bank of the Yarra River, view the Crown Casino complex, visit the Arts Centre Melbourne, and marvel at the futuristic Eureka Tower.

After the tour, you will have free time to explore the city on your own or simply relax.
